development charges penalty cost
I think this is a question alot of people want to ask, they were mixed comments on this so im not sure what is correct, can someone please tell me what will be the penalty for three years if development charges are not paid for three years, please comment on all sizes

20 percent annualy
For example if u pay after 3 years u have to pay 60 percnet fine on 1st instalmet. |

i bought file of 10 marla of parkview and got plot in dha phase7 in 2012 ballot.development charges were 9 lax which i had to pay in one and half year.but unfortunatly i could not pay due to being in overseas.now i came to pakistan and went to dha office to pay my development charges.i shocked to hear this that i have to pay 5 lax panelty over 9 lax due to none payment of principal amount.they were charging 500 rupees daily on installments.i immediatly paid 9 lax principal amount so that i could stop 500 rupees daily amount on principle amount now i will have to pay 5 lax extra panelty. |
