Need advice,
I got a plot in prism but I want to sale it. Due to some reason I can't come to Pakistan. So can my brother sale it behalf of me?

Its better to hold your plot till your arrival to pakistan. See the Market trends and then decide.

& I think may be 99.9% sure that your presence is necessary for tranfer of plot. |
