I don't understand why the prices in j block have not increased at all in the past six month I bought a plot for 22 and it is still 22 while r block has gone up

Never buy cheap & bad location plots. Always buy good location even u ve to pay extra. U will get benifit. For J Block u ve to wait 3 Years. |
