Hi,

i think it is due to huge "Area Excluded" in block B.
if this area would have been developed perhaps Block B would have been on the top.

Is this area excluded belongs to DHA or a village ? And what's it's future

Hi, upon checking the Google maps /earth, there is no village, Land is empty, may be a court case, I am not sure if land is with DHA or not.

It is because this excluded area is not acquired yet. As u see it Is Inside the Prism boundary. Will be acquired in due course of time. I think Block B has huge potential.
