phase 7 current situation,

Respected experts,
Please guide me i have a possession one kanal plote in phase 7. But i want to construct a house in this year so there is almost no house is constructing in nearby my plot so i am going to buy a low budget kanal plot in phase 6 after selling my phase 7 plot.
Is it a right decision please guide me ????? :h

Block in 7? Block in 6? Price difference?
Unless you are in lower cutting of phase 7 it is not recommended as you will pay unecessary
However in case u want to move in housein one year then ok
Otherwise 6 and 7 are same like f and k block of phase 9

It is not worth it. Phase 7 is seeing gradual increase everyday. Will recommend keeping in phase 7 and delaying the house for 2 years if needed.
