Dear All ,
There has been a discussion on what is a good , excellent and bad plot e.g Today just browsing through the map I made some logic ( right or wrong ..everybody has opinion ) I give u some examples

Top Locations ( Above excellent ) examples are
C1 , A1084, A1097 , C42 to C50 , A736,A735 , P106 , P192 , P193 , Q230 to Q 240 , L3 to L10 , D181 , C336 , etc

Excellent : Any plot on 150 ft road in A,C, P& Q except facing commercial

Good : on 80 ft or facing park

Average : near 150 ft or 80 ft like P421 to P440 and 611 to 589 in Q ( are above average plots or slightly good )

For 10 Marla : Only C Block 80 ft

For 5 Marla : R Block 60 ft upper cutting
e.g of excellent plot 2247 to 2255 , 1360 etc

Unfortunately rest will grow but with the passage of time and best

This is my personal opinion . Great future for all Prism
