Dear brothers, what is the current situation of Bahria town sector F?
Is there any activity?
I recently got calls from two different property dealers of a little acquaintance and they offered me to sell my 1 kanal plot in Sheikh saadi block at 50-100k loss which is much better offer considering the past months.
Is there any reason for this upward valuation?

Bahria management is saying that they will do ballot by 15 April Max. But it can be another golli. Time will tell. Also its in market that only 100-150 files are remaining for Kanal files (higher chance that 60% may be adjusted in devloped Kanal plots). On the other hand 10 marla is in majority and they may adjust 10 Marla near orchard. |

I prefer that people should wait little more rather than selling now. But affected people should put continuous pressure on Bahria so that they dont delay it further |
