Instalments plan for the 5 or 10 marla plot,

Hi, i am an overseas Pakistani and looking to buy 5 or 10 marla plot on installments. Where i can pay of in 2 to 3 years time. As per every investment i want to play safe and also want to get a higher return at the end. All of you guys in this group are very respectful and i would much appreciate your suggestions in this regard.

My personal advice to you is dont invest anywhere at all in installment plots. Most of the private socieities offering installment plots are .....big question mark. They just loot the hard earned money of middle class like me giving the installment options . Dha installments orices are just too too high than they should actually be. So better put money in ur account until it becomes significant enough to be invested somewherr on cash payment. Play safe!!

If u r adamant to invest in installment plots ,u nay look for dha bahawalpur or wait for dha multan installmemt plots option but do keep in mind prices dont justify on installment options told above!!
