Whats the transfer charges for 5 and 10 marla in prism? I have one plot there already, will I have to pay membership fee with other as well?

Transfer fee 51,500
Member ship fee 37,000
Stamp duty 30,000
CVT 20,000
Documentation 4000
Total 1,42,500
Service charges 1%
