Aoa , I sold a 5 marla house in Pak Arab Society , Lahore last month . I did biyana last month and tomorrow is the last date of payment . the payment has not been arranged by the buyer . I have to go to canada on 20th . I said your biyana is technically forfeited ( but I have no intentions ) . Although the house is in my Qabza , the buyer says I will take stay and will pay on terms .Is this possible .What should I do ?

Return him his biana and get rid of this mess.....Involve dealer or some elderly mature people to settle it... |

Best thing is to settle it out of court otherwise he will take stay order. Meanwhile u cant sell but you can alwayssettle paying his money. Nothing will happen to your possession. Better rent it |
