How long it takes to get NOC of a plot in Phase 9.Can I sell a plot without getting it. What is the process to get it.?

Noc or NDC normal time 6 working days on request can make 4 working days.
No you cant sell without that
If you are just thinking of selling it is betterto make it ready no much fees except dues |
