Could any honorable member of this forum explain that if some one pay CVT and other taxes at the time of transfer of house form one name to other name (in Eden Group property, Lahore) and want to get registry from DC office (Patwar), should he have to pay every tax again or he just have to pay only those taxes other thank what he had pay at the time of transfer.
