Bahria Orchard is far better than any other society on raiwind road.It is the new bahria town Lahore as bahria main office and many famous brands are being shifted there.Phase.2 is full of potential as possession is coming near.It is best time to invest in it , C, D and E are superb and prime located.New deals are also good .J and H blocks possession has been delivered and possession plots prices are increasing day by day .I think within this year, 2016, 8m will touch 45 to 50 lacs ,5m. 30 to 37lacs after possession.If any body has plot in Orchard hold it for a few months more for better gain. It is only my personal point of view .

Understood that Phase 8 has already gained the value.
But still there is an average room to grow.
Invest wisely in Phase 8.. e.g is S block even on the boundary wall.
Behind S block is no pind etc but Military land and sooner or later will be converted to plots.
