Please inform where exactly is the location of Shiv pura are near Parkview.
There are two type of files are on sale in Parkview
Malak pur and Shiv Pura.
Understood that Malak pur is better location.
Please also inform if SHiv pura will be equally good choice for investment?

Dear Sir,
No one can say before balloting where you get plot regardless of Mouaza. Malak pur and Shiv Pura. If one have confirm believe that malik pur will get better location plot then it should be a lot higher than shivpura price. Only two to three lacs difference does not make sense. Investors are smart enough if they known the location why they selling malakpur they must hold. It is tactic to sell your file on higher rate.
