How much down payment is made in % age
How much time we get to pay the total amount ?
How the money is paid to seller (cash or Draft)
How many days you need to be physically in lahore to get the transfer done in your name
What if we do not have an address in pak

down payment + time = what U agree with seller
draft is better, u can pay cash at your own risk
1 month (1 day for transfer & one day to receive ownership certificate after 10 working days = 3 weeks) |

normally the down payment is Bayana and the time taken for payment is max. 40 days. expectations might be there.
In case of files, immediate payment within 3/4 days is normal practice.
