If you are talking about Bahria Enclave in Islamabad, The development is on fast tarck, I just visited the site a week ago. Prices vary for different sectors, for developed plots in sector A,B,C,F for 10 marla is around 60-80 lacs, for undeveloped sectors such as G,N,M for 10 marla is around 45-55 lacs.
