Does anybody knows when would be possession in Ph.7/X/2kanal.?
Ph.7 is really stucking in mud. Prices of Ph.8 are touching the sky which was realized after ph.7. In the same way prices of ph.9 are also going ahead of it.
What's wrong with ph.7???????

Like a boundary plot is least desired this boundary phase 7 is not popular for investments. |

location of prism is tremendous that is why prism over taking phase 7 despite phase 7 is 90% ready to construct when prism will about to be ready in 3-4 years certainly it will be at par with phase 5,6 and 8 |

Investor trend noting else actually time to buy there. What is wrong with DHA town previouly rating of prism blocks were based on vacinity of DHA town which is supposed to give them exit.
In case of DHA 8 adjustment will be there when people will visit the site to make home. |
