Dear Mr. CMY, LRE team and Property Guroos

i have a plot of 10 mrla in Ivy Green Z3 which is worth 56 lakh +- as per LRE estimate. i bought it as a file for 38 lakh around 2 years back.

I can also see from LRE posts that some plots of 1 Kanal in Prism are still valued around 55-60 lakh.


Do you suggest that i sell my 10 mrla in ivy green and convert to 1 kanal in Prism for better long term gains.


What do you expect about ivy green 10 mrla in next 3 years ? it appears that ivy green will be developed by DHA well before the 01 kanal plots in Prism valued around 55-60 lakh as i believe those plots will be in Blocks which will be developed by DHA at later stages.
