Investment wise ivy green otherwise phase 7
Look at google phase 7 is better located but as it has matured so only home makers will buy which are less than investors. Same issue between DHA town and R block

Phase 7 around villages butt ivy green is clear location and small area . So ivy green is fruitful investment .

as far as i can remember gurus once told on this forum that in ivy green one guy related to Army gave all the property to DHA for this project and he holds the nearby area as well for future extension...

and curently he hold majority of plot from files he got and he is holding these plot to meet supply demand and high prices.not sure abt future
