Bahria Town is asking court to force Punjab Govt to use Hudaira drain for Lahore Ring Road route instead of going in middle of residential areas.

Anyways, prices of prism will skyrocket, especially from the sector from where the development will start frist.

Dear sir,
Ring Road Southern Loop is not workable on or alogside hudiara drain. If there is issue by Bahria than Punjab govt could revise the route as from gajjumata to towards Raiwind Road near Hair factory alongside ijtama road to Sundar and Sundar to package 4 as already designed.. it is best solution to avoid any kind of delay. |

Prices of prism have already increased by 15-20 lac from aug-Sep prices! Gud to know u hAve a plot.... grab it for at least 3 years more! |

DHA Office record is not showing such type of transitions that peoples are moving from phase 7 to prism.
phase 7 is best investment don't misguide peoples just for your own interest there is no development in prism while phase 7 is fully developed. |

Wise.....wow...do u think it is possible for dha to have any data that someone has sold his property in phase 7 and now is buying in prism? No one goes to mention such a thing to dha office.. |

R block will see a price hike soon. development will start from R block prism as i know to the best of my information anyhow now all prism sectors specially J block (under valued right now) will pick up momentum |
