Please suggest if i hold my DHA phase 8 1 Kanal plot or
sale it out and invest some where else. Also suggest invest options for 5-7 years.

Sale your plot phase 8 one kanal and buy l kanal as well 1 10 Marla good location in PRISM. Best investment of time.

Normaly prices dont increse much near possession as investors are.out by that time.. only those who want.to build house buy there...take Dha town as example .. if u dont eant.to build house.. then u r also investor and can shift to more juicy projects |
