Dear Sir,
DHA started sending DHA letter of all size. process will continue till February. Everyone will get. Those who get letters in February their last date to deposit 1st installment in March

@CIVILIAN. I am a civilian. It is my personal experience of getting a good location plot in balloting, against a 1-Kanal file I bought from open market. Therefore, it is now my firm belief that DHA holds balloting without any discrimination of file holders. It seems to be a matter of luck where the file lands in balloting.

Intimation letters are being issued slowly to keep supply of sellers under control dont worry many will not get even till march.
