It is market anomaly and hype and this is the best time to make decent returns with low risk. If you are already invested in phase 7, stay put and don't sell your holdings. |

There will be no difference in DHA Phase 6 and Phase 7 in near future. Its close to the Airport and also from classic shopping center of Phase 8. Easy approach to all the shopping centers and educational institutes. Those who are talking Prism day and night, they have to wait for at least 10 year to construct house there. This is my honest opinion, anyone has right to disagree. |

No doubt phase 7 prices will get grow in coming years but I am afraid can it match Prism or ivy green ? Prism will be highest gainer in 2020.

im holding there for last two years but its very slow. think many times about shifting investment but the high cost of taxes, commissions, bank cvt etc involved stops me |

Phase 7 is way underpriced 6,7 abnd even 8 is same area 3 continious DHA phses. Distance of upper blocks of 6 with T block is less than phase 9 B and K block only naming game |

I have done it personally and in Pakistan logic do not works definitely Ph 7 ok for house construct but we investor only putting money in Prism due to the charisma it has created in Defence / Bahria / Over seas investors. Surely top plots will cross 2 Crore by Mid 2017 mark my words ....by possession time it will be over 3 crores.....buying / selling is maximum in Prism now especially in over seas ....ppl are selling ph 7, IVY, Bahria their houses and putting in prism and DHA multan ....so don't look for mere 2.5 to 3 lacs of transfer / comm and be bold ...as DHA u only make money as you roll ...rest is yours take Good Luck yes I hold 6 plots in Prism and moved from Bahria and Ph 7 and Ivy to Prism |

I also believe it is highly under priced good location possession plot you can get in 115 in 2-3 years times I expect prices to rise 50% prism is at same price now and it is 10 years at least behind Phase 8 after 17 years is not available for possession when investors will shift from prism phase 7 will see boom. It is also possible that prism go higher and higher eventually it will attain same price as phase 8 whereas phase 7 will have steady 10% increase per year. Due to genuine buyers for phase 7 I still see lot of potential in phase 7 in next 2-3 years. There is very less risk. Those who have investment there its worth it to hold it!!! |
