Hi All, Somebody offer me 7.5 kanal land in 100 lac near Gujjar (Gawala) colony before rohi nala.Its on kecha road which approved to link new vegetable market when it will be done no body knows. Please advise is it worth to buy it ?

Dont go for that unless you can sit on that land or use it immediately taking possession
This tension free Land buying and possession is only possible in DHA and few approved societies in others there will be many issues.
If you have Local presence and and can maintain possession or use this Land then it is Ok |
