Hi All, Somebody offer us 7.5 kanal land in 100 lac near Gujjar (Gawala) colony before rohi nala.Its on kecha road which approved to link new vegetable market when it will be done no body knows. Please advise is it worth to buy it ?

Be aware of shuffa thing.
same thing happened with one of my family friend who purchased the land near new vegetable market and latter someone did shuffa.
Always pay extra tax but write down higher price on such properties. |
