Dear LRE members what is price of 5 merla Plot in J phase 9, 430 to 435 numbers
Do you have any confrmed plot in 430 to 485 strip

Its very good plot complete line is centrally located u must consider it for buying

Not in this line but very close to it I bought in 25 , 7 days ago now my brother is not finding even in this price

I recomend not to be so choosy about line, few lines away from graveyard and few lines away from nalla if you get in 27 it is ok, pure central location is ok in 28 , there are only few plots ,I bet in Dec you will not find even in 35 upper cutting central location.
See why phase 6 B and D block 5 merla is same price as kanal in lowest cutting of 7 just 3 KM deep. Same is going to happen here.

Dont give too much hype I agree that J Block have potential but not that much,
DHA phase 6 A, 10 merla in 1.4 Cror and D Block 5 Merla 80-85 Lac vs Lower cutting in of DHA 7 is market anomaly soon you will see flight of phase 7, as it is same area.

Mr Prism Actually I am Looking for Plot in J Block there why I should be jealous, I thought 30 Lac was too much more than Market
