I have done it personally and in Pakistan logic do not works definitely Ph 7 ok for house construct but we investor only putting money in Prism due to the charisma it has created in Defence / Bahria / Over seas investors. Surely top plots will cross 2 Crore by Mid 2017 mark my words ....by possession time it will be over 3 crores.....buying / selling is maximum in Prism now especially in over seas ....ppl are selling ph 7, IVY, Bahria their houses and putting in prism and DHA multan ....so don't look for mere 2.5 to 3 lacs of transfer / comm and be bold ...as DHA u only make money as you roll ...rest is yours take Good Luck yes I hold 6 plots in Prism and moved from Bahria and Ph 7 and Ivy to Prism

Your words are marked and now if the price of an average prism plot doesn't cross 2 crore by mid 2017, you are responsible. |

Thankyou for sharing info. I believe prism will go even higher than 3 crore on possession. Prism is future! Phase 7 will also increase in short and medium term long term wise esp for 10+ years prism is the best will be highest value phase in DHA! |

Remember basic rule of investing. Whatever goes up also comes down. This has happened in DHA many times in past. |

Dont worry let few beautiful houses start in Phase 7 then see the price rise, I remember DHA phase 5 was dull and people were putting money in DHA 8, 6 and 6 Ext [Now called phase 7]Phase 6 files were sold more than possession plots of 5 because phase 5 was "named" as village like area. |

Try Google Earth. Check the location of Phase 9 vs. Phase 7. You will get your answers. |

Location wise Phase 7 is much better than Phase 9. In 2 years time there will be no difference between Phase 6 and Phase 7. Rest Allah knows better. |
