In this amount find used house in Phase 3, 5 Merla and Rent it. No Investor rush on that side so prices are stable. In long run House price will also increase. Expected rent is 30 to 35 K |

HC, yes old houses 10+ ys at good locations gain. rent 30 and gain in capital about 60 per month long term. |
