I have 10 marla Plot in Prism L Block, but I didn't get letter from DHA
for development charges,is this normal? Pl. Help

Hi, there is no need to worry, i have not received for L block as well, DHA will complete process at the end of Feb 2016, for example if you receive letter at the end of Feb, last date will be march 2016, I personally called DHA office.
