Flight of upper cutting of J block already started. In less than a week price have gained 3 lac.
It is longest block and like a stirp have 4 cuttings upper cutting 1 to 800 is best and best location is central then comes middle and finally lower 2 cutting which are prallel to K.
Best is upper cutting as access is great I equate it with 10 merla cutting of A block phase 6 have a look on google and see prices.
Of course suplly will be less then next best buy can be middle location.
Lowest cutting should be about 10 lac cheaper. You will always find plots in 25 in lower cutting where upper cutting central location will cross 35 soon.

All J have good access I think you are talking of gajumattah interchange
My message is mainly for buyer if you are buyer dont care for 5 lac and try to get central location in upper cutting
If you are holder in lower cutting central location dont sell in 22 you will see soon gain.
If you are boundary holher better change location
If you have only budget of 22 get central location lower cutting.
But again new buyer with no budget constaint not buying in 28 in upper cutting will regret in last 2 weeks I bought in 24 and 25 lac each. |
