Yes, you can buy property in Pakistan.
As all other Pakistanis, you will need National ID Card or NICOP (National ID Card for Overseas Pakistanis. You can apply for NICOP through Pakistan embassy in Germany. All the best. |

NICOP is not issued to the german nationality holder pakistani as there is no agreement between these two governments: a POC holder has all the benefits of being a pakistani i.e. you can do all the things in pakistan which a pakistani can do.you confirm these things from the website of NADRA. |
