In my recent of Pakistan I noticed the potential of this cutting of J Block, that is why I visited the area. The main reason was also that it was under priced at that time, I guess many great central locations in upper cutting were available in 24 Lac. It was in end of December. I guess that you are reporting price of 28 to 29 lac. Today my reliable dealer sent me SMS of 2 reasonable location in 28 Lac. I Think you will Concur with this price.
