Best is J block upper cutting 1 to 800 plots
The distance of DHA phase 3 y block from Canchi is 5.5 KM and distance from J block upper cutting is 6.5 Km as it is big cluster of almost 1000 plots so will be populated earliest. Ring road made or not it is indifferent even today you can reach feozepur road and old DHA phases by suigas flyover.
Next is middle part of J
The lowest 1Km of j block is parallel to K here K is bit better as it is bigger cluster.
Mind you J block is 5 KM long so all cuutings are not equal

Dear Omar in my understanding j block lower cutting is also good as lower cutting will be having interchange same like k block lower cutting further in future phase 9 ext will be using interchange of j block lower cutting otherwise how extension will have access to LRR
