I don't know why but they rarely talk or share info on phase 8 or any other project for that matter in a way they do it for prism.
We are indirectly forced to read thru repeated prism discussions just to find out, if at all, there is any other info about anything else.
CMY sb please try to regulate the forum. Its unfair that one project is selectively prioritized over everything.
Prism might be the best investment for many but people may have different choices and i think they have a little right to expect some attention, if not much from you on other phases as well.
you may please very well create a dedicated page for prism so at least ppl who like other properties are not swamped in prism discussions.

Bilal. You are right i think there must be dedicated pages for various projects so people can get the required information easily. Its just my opinion which can be different from others. Ivy Green Phase 8 is also going through the same phase as Prism but I would like to know the differences among both and why Prism is given more important?

Dear brothers the real demand for something in markets also enables its discussions here and there. The fact of life today is that plots in prism are being traded in highest numbers compared to any other D H A phase in lahore. |

Dear LRE team,
Kindly post updated price chart of Bahria Orchard plots because the demand of residential plots is very high and only few sellers in the market to sell. Even a 5marla on ground boundary plot asking price is 23 lac and for 8Marla on ground minimum asking price is 30 lac.
Is it due to near possession in March 2016? Comments plz. |
