Dear LRE team,

Kindly post updated price chart of Bahria Orchard plots because the demand of residential plots is very high and only few sellers in the market to sell. Even a 5marla on ground boundary plot asking price is 23 lac and for 8Marla on ground minimum asking price is 30 lac.

Is it due to near possession in March 2016? Comments plz.

Any evidence to back your claim regarding sui-2 Bahria-F connection to be opened soon ?? What i have heard that this small piece of land is pvtly ownd by someone and either bahria and sui society, both r not interested until now in purchasing it due to high rates
