@Amir it is a good investment if you can efford only on installments basis otherwise I shall recommend you only on ground plot in any block of Orchard because on ground ready to possession plots are gaining like flying rocket. |

@Javed, it looks like they will develop those d block extension plots quickly because there are few plots.
i think, these new plots value will be same as other c and d block plots in couple of years? |

Bahria Orchard is a diamond on raiwind road .It is future main bahria town lahore as bahria office is being shifted here till march 2016.On ground ready to possession plots are superb for shot term investment as 8m plot is being expected to reach 45 lacs right after possession. |

Orchard Sector is better than Bahria Canal as it is on prime location situated on main Raiwind Road and also well connected with Sundar Road side.
The development work is very fast. It is well planned housing project with sorrounded by big commercials. |
