I have a 5 marla plot near J3057, i dont have funds to switch plot, I have holding power of 2 years, if i hold how much do you think it.will gain or should i just sell it

anything can happen in two years if ring road work gets started in may-june 2016 after two years whole j block would have been doubled in price |
