dha multan files wont drop less than 30 ,
dha prism 9 dev starting on feb 8 , sharp gain expected Every 6 month till 2018 , first possession will be given in R,L,H,K,J,P

Currently 3 files of Dha Multan are equal to one plot of Dha 9.
It means 3 vs 1.I hope after 3-5 years Dha 9 ll b at 2 crore and 3 files of Dha Multan ll b at 3 crore. |

According to my information first phase of Dha Multan ll b developed in 3 years.Dha Multan is a big project of 3 to 4 phases and everything depends that how much better performance they can show to develop 1st phase.If u meet with Dha Multan management,they r saying that their everything depends on our performance in 1st phase. |

do u ppl know where is Mall of multan ?no one knows because not constructed in multan , may be a decade more and know one knows , WHERE IS MALL OF LHR even if in future there is mall of multan , you can not compare it with mall of lhr , so sadly mall(money) is in lhr . |

It's not Suitable for DHA Multan management to launch installment plots when Cash file is at 32 lacs. They will try to take it to 4 million before they can launch on Installment around 50/55 lacs for Kanal.

i doubt after 3-5 years in prism kanal can be as costly as 4.5 crore , and dha multan remain files @15 or @45 .. mmmm |
