Please comment which one is better investment for 3 years
1. Commercial File Ph 9 4 Marla @ 210 lacs
2. Two Commercial files Rahbar Ph 2 4 Marla @ 110 lacs each
3. One Plot is Block A and Two Avg Plot is Block H Prism totaling around 225 to 230 lacs plus
Objective = Reap 90 to 100% gain
Time Duraction = within 2.5 to 3 years
Available Liquidity = 200 lacs {can be stretched little}

No doubt prism is best but only one thing you must keep in mind is the time factor. Keep in mind Min 5 Year time.I would suggest you.
1 commerical file in Rahber 2
1 On ground plot in phase 7.
Play safe.After 2 years you can sell phase 7 plot and buy in prism depending of construction activity in phase 9 |
