Is reliable or just stucking in mud?
especially in commercial of 8 marla?

Bit overpriced.. rent to value ratio is not good too. If intention is for long term and liquidity(rent) does not matter than go for it.
Will be good once all residential area get populated.
Can be a quick gainer(residential and then commercial) if ring road development starts from Fairozpur road side.
Anyhow a very good society to live in this low budget. |
