Kindly also suggest the plot should be sold in the current market hype or should be held for another two to three months,as I have to sell it anyway by May 2016.

There is balance of buyers and sellers hence many transfers happening.
If you already got targetted profit then dont go for greed, the moment price growth stop buyers will start waiting for down turn. It is game of nerves |
