i have been observing that if someone prefers/prioritize phase 9 over phase 7 some people immediately come to thrash him. both phases are good the only difference is that prism is best for investment right now and if someone wants to make house in 3-4 years. but phase 7 is only good for mediate house construction not recommended for investment. :flg

I guess it is other way around. There are prism brigades on the forum not phase-7 brigades, who just want to impose their wishes and do not want to listen to any thing apart from prism being the best. |

some dumb heads are advising to enter prism after two years. question is will the plot selling for 90 lac in prism today be same after two years i.e. 90 lac. surely not. if phase 7 will gain so does phase 9 |

I think 5 merla is best buy in prism and J block upper cutting highly suggested
26+9= 35 phase 7, 5 m at worst location is 50 ,30 percent cheap
Knanal average 75+20= 95 in 100 to 90 ready kanal plot in lower cutting in phase 7 not cheape
The rule of better location should apply to all sizes |

You are saying Prism will be developed in minimum 5 years. And then you predict a massive correction in Prism prices. Your reasoning being the mid 2000's bubble of the file business?
I am not really sure why people cannot promote phase 7 without unsuccessfully badmouthing Prism. Noone spends millions of rupees without proper research and most investors are well aware of the location of Phase 7 vs. Prism.
Prediction: Prism prices will keep going up in 2016 - probably not as fast as they did in 2015 but a decent % gain will still be visible.
