There is a race between prism 1 kanal (80+20dc) n dha multan 2 kanal (30x2+dc 20x2=100).
Prism will win owing to lahore factor... news of development, LRR, orange line etc etc....
Multan???? The maximum it can reach 1 crore+ in 5-7 years.

1) Multan Metro Bus
2) Future capital of South Punjab
3) Lahore - Multan Motorway
4) close to the populated area
5) Less pockets and villąges
6) Fantastic Location
7) Direct access
8) Development already started

@ Hurry what a beautifull way to Celebrate "tha tha tha" Is this what you are this is a public chat behave and give sensable comments on any post. When you got good location than climb on your Roof top and than say "tha tha tha" I you have no logical Comments dont shout on public forum.

Multan: Even after a prolonged wait, rumours regarding the official launch of DHA Multan in January this year have not materialized. The project launch has been postponed till the end of February or so......

According to land acquisition process for DHA Multan is almost complete and the society’s management is finalising documentation of the land acquired. The official launch will be held as soon as these formalities are taken care of.

Several dates for the launch of DHA Multan have been given in the past, causing confusion among project stakeholders who still await the launch.

DHA Multan is a good investment to hold for 2 years. But comparing it to Prism makes no sense. Two very different cities with two very different customer bases.

In 3 million, DHA Multan and Gujranwala both are good investments with a hold period of 2-3 years required.

I personally believe DHA Peshawar will beat them all but it is overpriced at the moment. Its prices should correct by 20% at least before I'd call it a buy price.

DHA Multan and DHA prism have tow different dynamics and should not be compared. DHA Multan is also good investment and shall be compared with DHA Gujranwala & DHA Bhawalpure. DHA Prism is very good but for those who can afford it.

you should just compare apple to apply only, you can not compare Prism with Multan as PRISM was launched in 2003 and today it is at this stage, while Multan was launched just a 1 and half year ago.

U r babbling like a parrot; asking everyone to just buy it regardless of their budget and preference.

I think ekrar is right and wrong at same time
If one is investing in multan for few months then he is absolutely right
But for long term it is really good project, he must keep in mind that prism took a decade to ballot so if dha multan gets ballot in couple of years then it is really good
