Is advisable to make investment in those low value (50-55lac) plots, which are supposed to be adjacent to future societies like sl-2, to have the same gains as the average plots (70-90 lac) would have after development. your comments please

There should be no problem as long as investments are made in prism, and no where else. Gains in good location plots will raise the level of bad location plots as well. |
