Dear LRE
I heard if ground breaking of Phase-9 done on 8th Feb then every buyer should have to pay all development charges (19-Lacs for one Kanal) at the time of transfer even if only one installment is due. I mean the buyer should have to pay 99-Lacs for a plot which 80-Lacs worth now. Is that true?

first of all 50 % almost did not get letters , second if 1 instalment paid by seller, buyer have to pay that dc to seller , no such news that buyer have to buy it by getting all dc at once |
