It is a great society, with all utilities.

I liked it because I could afford 3.25 times more land on ready to construct plot with all the utilities at a good location in a small, congenial parhi-likhi society. I know prism lovers will hate me, but i why wait for 10 years for a 1/3rd land in prism, when you can have 3 times the fun, now

@alpha. Can you tell me how many homes there are in Beaconhouse society and what are the monthly society fees ?

around 10 houses built , but i have head many folks (25+) got the naksha approved and want to build soon... do not know about the monthly society fees, but it would be lower than the typical societies all around.. the owners of the society are just, fair and they did not make this society to make money

I do not have any more information on that than you would.

It is a good place to raise kids in my opinion. It may not have the emotional appeal to cross the "psychological barriers of 4 crore", now that the behavioral finance people have jumped into DHA mania.

Life is too short to wait on large builder's future options -
