Hi all! I have reaped healthy profits from my 1 kanal plot in prism block C in the last one year and want to get out now and use the cash for trading. If I want to sell it today, I have a buyer for 65 lacs.
I know there is a divided opinion among people with regards to prism but please give me your honest opinion from your own point of view. Is it worth to sell the plot after the groundbreaking? If yes, what options do I have in DHA for short term investment/trading?

DHA Multan is tipped to be a good short term gainer. It is difficult for me to predict any other short term gainers in DHA.
If your 1 kanal block C plot is worth 65 lacs in the market, I suggest you sell the plot as it is almost equal to the file price of 1 kanal Prism which means it's a worse location plot. Are you sure your plot is 1 kanal or was it a typo? |

I suggest to stay in prism shift from bad location C block to good location H block
Now people turning towards H and if you sit in DHA office majority buying selling happening in H and A blocks
I am planning to buy H block as well |

Ahmet please comment on 5 marla category in prism as well its not getting price acceleration as compared to one kanal category of prism |

5 marla plots usually get a more swift acceleration because its more easily accessible to the low end investors. A 5 marla plot in some cases can be 40-45% of the price of a 1 kanal plot in the same vicinity.
So i am not sure why you are saying 5 marla is not getting a raise. Maybe your plot is not a well located plot? |

Dear Ahmet its in K sector near 1515. 3 months ago its value was 30 lac and today still around 30-31 lac hence no gain? |
