I want to buy two 10 Marla plot in phase 7. Please guide me on which locations to target and the going rate. I want to buy them in the next 3 weeks. I am looking for returns and am not rushed for time.

Currently nothing good like phase-7 but for house construction. If only looking for good returns, you may opt for two plots (one kanal each), one in prism and the other one in DHA Multan. You can easily buy both in the same price. Both are good investments and likely to give good returns.

Look carefully the map of 7 its kanal is underpriced not 10 or 5, in lower cutting kanal is 1.4x 10 M And 1.8x 5 m go for kanal

Thanks for your response. I am not interested in Prism and I have never been to multan.

For Phase 7 which blocks of lower cutting should I focus on Mr. Sharif. Also, 10 marla starting at 60 close to possession does seem under priced. I am confident once houses start phase 7 will be a beautiful investment.

U can buy one plot in T/U block and one plot in Y block of Phase-7. I assume T/U block would get possession earlier than Y block thats why its price is slightly higher

Don't you remember a famous quote 'if prism gains, rest all will gain, and if prism falls, rest all will fall, too'. For rest all not to fall, it is an obligation that prism should only gain and made to gain. So why not to go for prism.
