Can the LRE team help me in evaluating the following plot:

DHA Prism Block Q Plot 809

Is 110 a fair demand for this plot?

Seening the current prices vis a vis the plot u r reffering....I think 110 is good call as it is an excellent plot

Ask 150lac. 110 seems less for such a golden plot.

Hi, i think 110 is too much, not facing park, not on big road, and no direct approach on main road, I think the realistic price of this plot is 90+ and less than 95.

LRE can evaluate it, may be before the deal you can ask CMY.
