Dear Friends, can you please advise if a father gifts a plot in DHA Lahore to his son, then son has to pay ADV Tax in order to complete transfer procedure.
Extract from DHA's website, where answer is not clear,
"10.Advance Tax Payment receipt (if applicable)."

Advanced Tax is applicable in HIBA transfer if the DC value of the property is above 3 million ruepees else no need |
